Responsibilities

• Transports patients to and from appointments, support groups, employment searches, and related activities.
• Maintains unit in an organized, clean, and efficient manner.
• Monitors patients and documents activities during shifts.
• Reports patient infractions, concerns, or problems to counselor or supervisor.
