Centerstone is seeking a caregiver for Adult Residential Services across multiple shifts. You will supervise residents, ensure adherence to program rules, and support psycho-social activities while maintaining safety and order.

A driver’s license and experience in mental health or residential settings are required. The role involves documenting interactions, managing funds appropriately, and collaborating with Residential Coordinators and staff to ensure smooth operations and quality patient

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with mental health treatment is required.
• Experience with residential services is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted state driver’s license required with at least 3 years of driving experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and monitor residents’ compliance with program rules and behavioral expectations.
• Educate on and monitor residents’ self-medication procedures and document in charts.
• Assist with meal planning and dietary compliance.
• Provide psycho-educational activities and supervise outings using transportation.
• Record progress notes per shift and report significant incidents.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings and participate in shift briefings.
