Job summary

Crossroads Inc. is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Residential Manager to support operations in a fast-paced residential setting in Chandler, AZ. The role reports to the Program Coordinator and assists with coordinating clinical and operational activities during all operating hours.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid/Narcan, a clean TB test, and clear background checks. Local travel between sites may be required, and the work hours include mornings, evenings,

Qualifications

Knowledge of the 12-step program.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills and ability to lead/mentor others.
Clear verbal and written communication across levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Maintains a safe, private, clean, and healthy living environment for residents.
Conducts room inspections, facility inspections, and reports findings.
Handles new client intakes including property search, clothing treatment, room and mentor assignments.
Performs and documents breathalyzer and urinalysis testing as needed.
Assists residents with self-administration of prescribed medications.
Participates in staff meetings, oversights, drills, and disaster planning.
Chaperones clients to offsite appointments.
May cover additional shifts as needed.
Performs other duties as required.
