Crossroads Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Manager to support operations of a residential facility in Arizona. This part-time role assists the Program Coordinator and ensures a safe, orderly living environment for residents.

The position requires 21+ years old (or applicable licensure), CPR/First Aid/Narcan training, TB test, Fingerprint Clearance Card, and a clear background. Occasional shifts and travel between sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must meet Arizona Department of Health Services personnel member requirements (21+ or licensed/certified).
• Current CPR/First Aid/Narcan training.
• Current and annual negative TB Test.
• Current and valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Clean MVR check (annual & after hire, preferred).
• Background check and Arizona APS check required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a safe, private, clean living environment for residents.
• Conduct room and facility inspections and report findings.
• Handle new client intakes including property search and room assignments.
• Perform breathalyzer and urinalysis testing as needed.
• Assist residents with medication self-administration.
• Attend staff meetings, drills, and oversee fire and disaster plans.
• Chaperone clients to offsite appointments.
• May cover additional shifts as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
