Job summary

Crossroads Turning Points is seeking a Temporary Residential Aide in Pueblo, CO to support counseling staff and assist with alcohol- and drug-related services in a residential unit. The role requires reliable teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to follow directions.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First-Aid training, and a valid driver’s license. CPR/First-Aid training and QMAP certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR and First-Aid certification preferred but not required.
• QMAP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the unit in an organized, clean, and efficient manner.
• Transport patients to and from appointments, support groups, and other activities.
• Ensure security of the assigned unit per policy.
• Report child abuse or neglect to supervisor when applicable.
• Monitor patient activities and document actions during shifts.
• Report patient infractions or concerns to the counselor or supervisor.
