Vitality’s YourLife community in Georgia seeks a proactive Wellness Coordinator to lead a compassionate team and promote resident well-being. You will help schedule staff, monitor care plans, and ensure safety and dignity for residents.

You will coordinate with LPNs and Personal Care Specialists, manage equipment, training, CPR certifications, and family communication. Fluency in English and strong computer skills are required; 21+ years old with applicable health compliance.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Meet state health-related requirements.
• Certifications as required by state regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain staffing schedules to match occupancy.
• Coordinate coverage for staff call-offs.
• Ensure staff have iPads/logins and equipment.
• Monitor resident wellness bands and CPR certifications.
• Assist with new resident move-ins and orientation.
• Perform CPR and first aid as needed.
• Read logs and update communication records.
