Job summary

Vitality Living in Florida is seeking a qualified LPN/LVN supervisor to promote successful aging by understanding residents' needs and coordinating a compassionate Wellness team to deliver person-centered care. You will oversee medication administration, monitor vital signs, communicate with physicians, and ensure policies are followed.

A current LPN/LVN license and CPR certification are required, with ability to lead staff and participate in training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise care teams and ensure high standards of patient care.
• Maintain current LPN/LVN licensure and CPR certification as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Personal Care Specialists to ensure daily completion of duties.
• Assist in development and revision of service plans for residents.
• Inform Wellness Director of resident needs and preferences.
• Read communication logs and shift change notes to relay pertinent information.
• Participate in onboarding and in-service training for staff.
