Ohio Living is seeking an Activities Assistant to support a resident-centered program that enhances the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of residents in accordance with standards and regulations.

You will plan and coordinate activities, assist residents with hobbies, document progress, and communicate with families. Some weekend/evening hours may be required. Must read, write, speak and understand English; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transportation as needed.

Formación

• Must read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Performs day-to-day activity functions to provide programming that meets residents’ interests and well-being.
• Coordinates scheduled parties, movies, and activities appropriate for residents in various levels of care.
• Completes monthly activity logs and tracks activities led, documenting progress.
• Maintains compliance with company standards, guidelines, and regulations; protects resident confidentiality.
