Job summary

Plymouth Housing in Seattle seeks a Resident Well-Being Manager to lead the onsite care team and advance residents’ well‑being. This role ensures services align with housing-first principles and trauma‑informed care, promoting stability and community across the residence.

As the lead, you will guide staff, collaborate with behavioral health partners, and maintain high-quality case management while fostering an inclusive, safe environment for residents facing challenges related to housing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• Four+ years of experience in case management, housing, or homeless services.
• Two+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the onsite Resident Well-Being care team, including hiring and coaching.
• Coordinate with the Director of Resident Well-Being to set priorities across teams.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment with trusting staff-resident relationships.
• Collaborate with behavioral health providers to support residents' wellness and goals.
• Ensure quality case management and cover for absences as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of eligibility and benefits for financial/health programs.
• Foster partnerships with service providers and property management to support stability.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing training on harm reduction and trauma-informed care.
• Monitor documentation and ensure timely follow-up on issues.
• Participate in funder reporting and timesheet accuracy.
