The Director partners with the VP of Quality, Innovation, and Health to guide Resident Well‑Being Managers and care teams, ensuring fidelity to PSH standards and positive resident outcomes.
The role requires a BA in human services, a Master’s preferred, and 7+ years in PSH or related services with 4+ years supervising staff.

New hires may earn a salary ranging from the minimum to the midpoint of the pay scale, with education and experience taken into consideration.

The Director helps translate vision into daily practice, ensuring that all resident well‑being programs reflect organizational values, meet fidelity standards for permanent supportive housing, and contribute to positive resident outcomes.
