Job summary

Ardelle Gardens Care Center is seeking a friendly Concierge to assist the Admissions Department and help ensure a smooth transition for new residents and families. You will greet visitors, prepare rooms, and coordinate with nursing, housekeeping, and other teams to ensure a welcoming arrival.

This full-time role requires strong communication and organization, with a compassionate approach. You will handle admission paperwork and inventories while protecting resident privacy and supporting staff

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, compassionate demeanor.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with Admissions, Nursing, Housekeeping, and other departments.
• Attention to detail when preparing rooms and documenting belongings.
• Healthcare, long-term care, hospitality, customer service, or admissions experience preferred.
• Respectful treatment of residents and families with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and families, ensuring a warm, smooth transition.
• Prepare resident rooms and ensure readiness before arrival.
• Complete new resident inventories and document belongings accurately.
• Support Admissions by coordinating arrival times and tasks.
• Assist with administrative admission paperwork and checklists.
• Direct residents and visitors to appropriate departments and answer questions.
