Job summary

Deer Park is seeking a Customer Service Concierge to warmly welcome new residents and their families, guiding them through admission and introductions to caregivers. You’ll work closely with Admissions to ensure rooms are ready and staff are informed of each resident’s needs.

You’ll check in daily with new residents during the initial weeks and visit long‑term residents every two weeks to gauge satisfaction. You’ll advocate for dignity and safety in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience (hospitality, retail, or healthcare all count).
• Warm, patient, and naturally welcoming demeanor.
• Enjoy solving problems and calmly handling tough conversations.
• Stay organized and keep your cool when things get busy.
• High school diploma or GED and basic computer skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during the day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and families and guide them through admission.
• Coordinate with Admissions so rooms are ready and staff know each resident’s needs.
• Introduce residents to caregivers and departments.
• Check in daily with new residents during the first weeks.
• Visit long-term residents every two weeks to hear how things are going.
• Follow up after admission and discharge to ensure happiness and safety.
