Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ with 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Valid state Driver’s License and clean MVR.
• Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles, buses, and mobility lifts.
• Experience with older adults, transportation, or coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation services during scheduled hours, including designated medical transport days.
• Safely operate community vehicles for medical, recreational, and personal transport of residents.
• Enter and manage transportation requests in the digital system, maintain accurate schedules.
• Maintain vehicle readiness with routine inspections and cleanliness.
• Support programming and events with planning, logistics, and safety adherence.
• During non-driving hours, provide community support and other operational tasks.
