Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Transportation Coordinator (Driver) to deliver a structured, resident-focused transportation program within our community. This full-time role extends beyond driving to include scheduling, resident communication, and operational support.

You will safely operate community vehicles, manage requests in our digital system, and assist with outings and events while maintaining safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ with 3 years licensed driving experience.
• Must have valid state Driver’s License and clean MVR.
• Experience with older adults, transportation, or coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation services during scheduled hours.
• Safely operate community vehicles for medical, recreational, and personal transport.
• Enter and manage transportation requests in the digital transportation management system.
• Maintain vehicle readiness with routine inspections, fueling, and cleanliness.
• Support outings and events with planning, logistics, and safety adherence.
• Provide non-driving support during non-driving hours and other tasks.
