Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities seeks a full-time Transportation Coordinator (Driver) to deliver a safe, resident-focused transportation program within the community. You will drive, coordinate schedules, manage requests in our digital system, and support events and daily operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least 21 years old, and 3 years of licensed driving experience with a clean MVR. You’ll join a team that values reliability, safety, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ with a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Must have a valid state Driver’s License (Class E in Missouri) and Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Previous experience with older adults, transportation, or coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation services during scheduled work hours, including coverage of designated medical transportation days (Tuesday and Thursday).
• Safely operate community vehicles to provide medical, recreational, and personal transportation to residents.
• Enter and manage transportation requests in our digital transportation management system, ensuring schedules are accurate and aligned with guidelines and availability.
• Maintain vehicle readiness by completing routine inspections and ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
• Support the Entertainment & Programming team with outings and events, including planning, logistics, resident participation, and safety adherence.
