PACS Group is seeking a dedicated transport assistant to help move residents between facility vehicles and appointments, while maintaining safety and patient comfort. You will ensure clean, well-maintained vehicles and follow established transfer procedures in daily operations.

Qualified candidates have a GED or high school diploma, a valid license, CNA training, and ability to lift up to 75 pounds. This role requires alertness, good communication, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum GED or high school diploma.
• Valid driver's license required.
• GPS/local driving area familiarity.
• No traffic crimes in last 7 years; avoid DUI/DWS/reckless driving.
• CNA training and CE maintenance required.
• Drug screen and background check required.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with loading/unloading from facility vehicles.
• Ensure safe transportation to medical appointments and activities.
• Maintain vehicle interiors/exteriors for safety and image.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance logs and schedule service.
• Be flexible with work time for late appointments.
• Demonstrate safe transfer techniques for patients.
• Lift/mobilize patients up to 75 pounds in vans.
