Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED.
• Minimum age 25 years.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Familiar with GPS and local driving area.
• No major traffic offenses in last 7 years.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• CNA training completed and CE maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with loading/unloading from facility vehicles.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and activities.
• Maintain interior and exterior of vehicles for safety and image.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance logs and schedule servicing.
• Lift and mobilize up to 75 pounds as needed.
• Make complex decisions for highly dependent residents.
