Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a transportation aide to assist residents with loading and unloading from facility vehicles and to transport them to medical appointments and activities. The role emphasizes safety, vehicle maintenance, and community representation.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, GPS familiarity, and CNA training. The position may require lifting up to 75 pounds and a drug/background check, with flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Must be at least 25 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be familiar with GPS and local driving area.
No traffic crimes in the last 7 years.
Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with loading and unloading from facility approved vehicles.
Transport residents to scheduled medical appointments or other approved activities.
Maintain the interior and exterior of facility vehicles to promote safe and comfortable transport.
Monitor vehicle maintenance logs and arrange maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations.
Adapt to flexible work times and other duties as assigned.
Demonstrate safe clinical transfer techniques and lift/move weights up to 75 pounds.
