Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated transport aide to assist residents with loading and unloading from facility-approved vehicles and to safely transport them to appointments and activities. You will maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs.

This non-supervisory role requires a valid driver's license, a High School Diploma or GED, familiarity with GPS, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. You must pass a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 25 years.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Familiar with GPS and local driving area.
• No traffic crimes in the last 7 years.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must have CNA training and maintain CE.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with loading/unloading from vehicles.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and activities.
• Maintain interior and exterior of facility vehicles.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance logs.
• Flexible with work times due to appointments.
• Lift and move up to 75 pounds.
• Make decisions for highly dependent residents.
