Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 25+ years old and possess a valid driver's license.
• No traffic crimes in the last 7 years; clean driving record required.
• CNA training completed and CE credits maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents loading and unloading from facility vehicles.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and other activities.
• Maintain interior and exterior of facility vehicles and monitor maintenance logs.
• Lift and mobilize patients up to 75 pounds; ensure safe transfers in vans.
