• Assist residents with boarding, alighting, and mobility devices, prioritizing safety and comfort.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks, reporting issues promptly.
• Keep accurate records of routes, times, and any incidents during transport; communicate with residents, families and staff.
