Job summary

Haven Health, LLC is seeking a Transportation Attendant to coordinate transportation plans for residents and potential residents. You will work under the Executive Director, ensuring safety while assisting residents in boarding and exiting vehicles.

Close collaboration with Central Supply, Scheduling, and nursing staff is essential to meet appointments. The role requires maintaining safety through traffic rules and regulations, and meeting health screening and credentialing requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Clean driving history with no serious violations.
• Fingerprinting Clearance Card or eligible to obtain.
• Background screening, licensure verification, reference check, drug testing.
• Tuberculosis testing and employee health screening after hire.
• Ability to move, lift and transfer a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation plans for current and potential residents.
• Assist residents to enter and exit Company vehicles while ensuring safety.
• Coordinate with Central Supply, Scheduling, and nursing staff to meet appointments.
• Follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines.
