Parasol Alliance is seeking a friendly Resident Technology Support Analyst to assist residents in client senior living communities. You will provide in-home visits and group classes, teaching seniors to use technology while scheduling onsite support and managing tickets.

The role emphasizes one-on-one guidance, strong communication, and a people-first approach in a remote-friendly company that values empathy, collaboration, and integrity. Work hours are 8 am–5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be upbeat, outgoing and have a cheerful disposition.
• Experience in a senior living setting is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Strong customer service, communication, and the ability to teach seniors how to use technology.

Responsabilités

• Intake of resident support requests.
• Schedule onsite appointments for technical support.
• Onsite support of resident hardware and software.
• Create and lead group classes on different consumer technology.
• Phone and email support for initial incoming tickets.
• Ticket resolution per client service level agreement.
• Detailed documentation within service tickets on issues and resolutions.
• Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
