Covenant Village is seeking a compassionate Technology Support Specialist to help residents stay connected and engaged through technology. You will provide hands-on support, training, and education, while maintaining life safety equipment and supporting AV needs in community spaces.

The role emphasizes teaching residents, solving problems, and collaborating with staff to enhance resident experience, with a focus on safety and accessibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior tech support, customer service or training experience preferred.
• Certifications in IT are a plus and beneficial for growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident technology support for smartphones, tablets, computers, and AV systems.
• Deliver one-on-one and group technology training sessions for residents.
• Set up and maintain resident technology services including internet and cable TV.
• Assist with life safety system maintenance and audiovisual support for events.
• Document issues and resolutions, and act as liaison during technology rollouts and emergencies.
