Job summary

Dual Path Connected Solutions seeks an on-site Technology Support I for a premier senior living community in Dayton, Ohio. This full-time role launches new services and continues day-to-day resident IT support, requiring exceptional technical and people skills.

You will deliver personalized support, onboard residents, and lead friendly training sessions while collaborating with the on-site IT team to ensure smooth technology experiences for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on technology support in settings like executive or luxury hospitality.
• Breadth across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and home networking.
• Experience with streaming devices, smart TVs, printers, and VoIP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-apartment tech support for Wi-Fi, voice, TV, and devices on residents' schedule.
• Onboard new residents and set up iPhone, home office, or smart-home systems.
• Run small-group trainings and office hours, translating tech to plain language.
• Support and mentor residents' volunteer tech group.
• Collaborate with the community IT team to provide on-site support.
