Job summary

Parasol Alliance is seeking a Resident Technology Support Analyst to assist seniors in technology use across client communities in St. Petersburg, FL. The role requires on-site visits, group classes, and personalized support for residents over 55.

You will schedule and perform technical assistance, teach devices, handle tickets by phone and email, and ensure high-quality service across multiple communities. This is a full-time position with travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Must be upbeat, outgoing with cheerful disposition.
• Ability to teach seniors how to use technology in group or individual settings.
• Excellent communication skills for phone, email, and in person support.
• Experience or volunteer work in senior living is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take in resident support requests and prioritize tickets.
• Schedule onsite technical support visits across 3 St. Petersburg communities.
• Provide hardware and software support onsite at resident locations.
• Create and lead group technology classes for residents.
• Provide phone and email support for initial tickets.
• Resolve tickets per client SLA and document steps.
• Maintain detailed notes in service tickets.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff.
