Job summary

Dual Path Connected Solutions is seeking a Technology Support I for a premier senior living community in Dayton, Ohio. This full-time on-site role launches new services and then sustains day-to-day resident tech support, including Wi-Fi, voice, and TV services, with a focus on exceptional service.

You will work closely with a small IT team, guide residents through onboarding and smart-home setups, and translate technical concepts into plain language while maintaining discretion and

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on technology support: help desk, field service, or executive support.
• Broad experience across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Wi-Fi, printers, and smart TVs.
• Able to lift equipment boxes up to 50 pounds and work from a ladder.
• Authorized to work in the United States; able to pass background and TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-apartment support for Wi‑Fi, voice, TV, and personal devices.
• Onboard new residents and set up iPhone, home office, and smart-home systems.
• Run small-group trainings and office hours; translate tech into plain language.
• Support and mentor the residents' volunteer technology group.
• Be the on-site point for the community IT team.
