The job requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience. Strong communication, organization, and ability to multitask are essential, with bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related field experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Proficient in MS Windows, MS Office, and basic internet use.
• Ability to tour property, walk distances, and climb stairs.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility to residents, staff, and visitors.
• Screen clients and visitors entering the facility.
• Perform bag searches at intake and as required.
• Ensure compliance with facility, DSS, and OTDA policies.
• De-escalate potential crises and document interventions.
• Conduct rounds of the facility including hallways and common areas.
• Complete logs, incident reports, and documentation.
• Provide receptionist and administrative support at the front desk.
• Monitor video surveillance and fire safety systems.
• Assist with room turnover and inventory management.
• Inform management of unsafe conditions.
