Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Resident Support Specialist in Dallas to assist residents, board members, managers, and vendors with inquiries, concerns, and service requests. You will resolve account questions, assist with billing issues, and document interactions in company systems.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with the flexibility to handle high-volume inquiries and maintain service standards in a dynamic property management

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a service industry setting.
• Strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, OneNote, Teams, Excel, etc.).
• Real estate experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Professionally handle incoming requests from residents, board members, vendors, managers, and regional directors and ensure issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with property managers, regional directors, internal departments, and associates for timely inquiries resolution.
• Document the appropriate resolution of all interactions in the appropriate systems and applications.
• Resolve all open inquiries within prescribed timelines while meeting KPIs.
• Gather information, access accounts, educate residents to prevent future contacts, and document interactions.
