Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Send renewal and re-certification notices on time as required.
• Maintain waitlists and ensure accurate occupancy records.
• Process re-certifications and lease-related documents.
• Assist Community Manager with interviewing residents and lease signings.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, tax credit rules and Lockwood policies.
