Peak Management is seeking a ROCKSTAR Resident Specialist in Dallas to engage with prospective and current residents, drive occupancy, and deliver friendly, professional service across our 650+ unit community. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

You will host resident events, apply Fair Housing knowledge, coordinate with staff, and support a welcoming living environment. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required to travel between

• Experience in property leasing or resident relations is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Understanding of Fair Housing regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ideal candidate interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Ideal candidate works patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff to provide high quality customer service.
• Fosters a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents, and communities with annual, monthly, weekly resident functions and events.
• Should demonstrate solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
