Peak Management is hiring a Resident Specialist for our Ramblewood Apartments, a 1,100+ unit community. You will interact directly with prospective and current residents to drive occupancy and deliver top-tier customer service.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.

• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
