Peak Management is seeking a ROCKSTAR Resident Specialist for our Dallas, Texas community of 650+ units. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and deliver exceptional service.

You will work professionally with residents and staff, fostering positive relationships and coordinating resident events. Spanish language skills are a plus; reliable transportation is required.

• Ideal candidate interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Ideal candidate works patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff to provide high quality customer service.
• Fosters a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents, and communities with annual, monthly, weekly resident functions and events.
• Should demonstrate solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
