Peak Management LLC is seeking a ROCKSTAR Resident Specialist for our Ramblewood Apartments in Grand Rapids, MI. You will engage with prospective and current residents to drive occupancy, deliver top-tier customer service, and support community events.

Applicants should understand Fair Housing basics and be able to work with a team to maintain a welcoming, well-managed property. A valid vehicle and reliable transportation are required.

• Ideal candidate interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Ideal candidate works patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff to provide high quality customer service.
• Fosters a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents, and communities with annual, monthly, weekly resident functions and events.
• Should demonstrate solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
