Job summary

Peak Management is seeking a RockStar Resident Specialist in Dallas, Texas to engage with prospective and current residents, drive occupancy, and deliver top-notch customer service.

The role emphasizes reliability, Fair Housing understanding, and teamwork with staff. A bilingual Spanish skill is a plus, and a $500 sign-on bonus is offered as part of a competitive benefits package.

• Ideal candidate interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Ideal candidate works patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff to provide high quality customer service.
• Fosters a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents, and communities with annual, monthly, weekly resident functions and events.
• Should demonstrate solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
