Hallkeen Management is seeking an Enhanced Resident Services Coordinator for General Shepard Apartments in Westfield, MA. You will support residents with social services, connect them to resources, and collaborate with nurses and health agencies to plan on-site programming.

You will develop service plans, coordinate health and wellness initiatives, and assist with tenancy education and advocacy to maintain a safe, dignified community for seniors and others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred or 3+ years in resident services, case management, or community development.
• Proficiency with computers and technology; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building and maintaining community referral partnerships and serving diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and introduce the residents services program, helping connect them with local resources.
• Conduct intake, orientation, and needs assessments; develop individualized service plans; assist access to services and benefits.
• Build professional relationships to empower residents to improve quality of life and independence.
