Job summary

HallKeen Management is seeking a high-energy, hands-on Resident Services Coordinator to work on-site at a senior apartment community in Marshfield, MA. The RSC works closely with the Property Manager to assist with the administration and operation of the development, while bringing a social service perspective to the management team, to address the needs of the residents.

This temporary Full-Time position will move into permanent Part-Time 25 hours a week with a pay rate of $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and self-sufficient.
• Experience in social work or human services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and explain the resident services program and the RSC role.
• Develop a cooperative network with local service agencies.
• Serve as liaison to community agencies for resident referrals.
• Create a Resource Directory of local service providers.
• Assist with eviction-risk situations and mediate conflicts.
• Set targets, track progress, and report outcomes.
• Facilitate Resident Associations for events and activities.
• Ensure inclusive communication for residents with limited English.
