Job summary

HallKeen Management is seeking a proactive Resident Services Coordinator to support two Boston LIHTC properties serving an elderly-disabled population and an affordable family property. The role focuses on coordinating social services, educating residents on lease and program options, and strengthening ties between residents, management, and the local community.

The RSC works closely with Property Managers to address tenancy needs, access local resources, and develop outcomes-driven service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field required.
• Experience with low-income populations or social service systems is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and explain the resident services program and available resources.
• Develop and maintain networks with local social service agencies.
• Serve as liaison to community providers and coordinate referrals for residents.
• Create a Resource Directory of local service providers for residents.
