Hallkeen Management is seeking an Enhanced Resident Services Coordinator to support residents at General Shepard Apartments in Westfield, MA. You will work with the property management team to connect residents with social services, plan on-site programs, and promote independence and dignity.

Responsibilities include engaging residents, conducting assessments, building partnerships with local providers, guiding tenancy education, and tracking program outcomes to drive continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in related field as alternative.
• Knowledge of entitlement programs and local social services.
• Ability to develop and maintain community referral partnerships.
• Experience with diverse populations and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and connect them with local resources.
• Conduct intake, orientation, and needs assessments with plans.
• Build relationships to empower independence and quality of life.
• Coordinate on-site health programs with nurses and partners.
