HallKeen is hiring a Community Impact and Wellbeing Support Coordinator to connect residents with resources, strengthen partnerships, and support housing stability across our residential communities.

Based at our Norwood, MA corporate office, this full-time role focuses on outreach, referrals, and program coordination while collaborating with property management teams to serve diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with outreach, referrals, resource navigation, and follow-up.
