Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Must be familiar with using computer software and have strong organizational and communication skills.
• Minimum six months related experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a courteous, professional demeanor as they enter the community.
• Monitor and authorize entrances and departures to guard against theft and ensure security.
• Coordinate with office staff to update unit owner information in the database.
• Handle phone etiquette for residents; maintain clear and professional calls.
• Report violations of Rules and Regulations and any emergencies to management.
• Observe safety precautions and report damage, theft, or unauthorized persons.
• Maintain key control and ensure keys are secure at all times.
• Be familiar with fire alarm operations and report incidents to management.
• Call police or fire departments in emergencies and coordinate with responders.
• Write daily activity reports including equipment or property irregularities.
• Report maintenance needs such as lights or leaks to the Association daily.
