Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a front desk team member in Florida. The role focuses on greeting guests, providing information, and delivering exceptional customer service within a residential community.

Responsibilities include monitoring entrances, coordinating with staff, handling phone calls, reporting violations, and maintaining security and key control. Prior hospitality experience and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus; high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Must be familiar with using computer software and capable of organizational/communication tasks.
• Minimum six months related experience and/or training.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and provide information with professional customer service.
• Monitor and authorize entrance/exit of visitors to guard against theft and maintain security.
• Coordinate with staff to maintain and update owner information in the database.
• Use proper phone etiquette for residents and callers.
• Report violations of rules and any safety incidents to supervisors.
• Maintain key control and security for premises.
• Be familiar with the fire alarm system and report incidents.
• Follow emergency procedures and assist management as needed.
• Prepare daily activity and incident reports for the Association office.
• Note maintenance items and report them to the Association daily.
