Qualifications

• Must be familiar with using computer software to perform various tasks, and must demonstrate organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and strong communication abilities.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish may be required at some locations.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and staff, providing information and resources for residents and guests.
• Coordinate with office staff to update unit owner information in the database.
• Handle phone calls with professional etiquette.
• Report any violations of the Rules and Regulations and monitor safety procedures.
• Be familiar with the fire alarm system operations and report incidents to management.
• Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency or unauthorized presence as needed.
• Follow all policies with regards to emergency response and coordinate with management and local services.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities for management.
• Report maintenance items such as lights, leaks, or equipment issues to the Association office.
