Job summary

This position serves as the primary liaison between residents, guests, and property staff, delivering exceptional customer service.

You will handle check-ins, answer phones professionally, and coordinate with office staff to maintain resident records, report incidents, and protect the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for resident and guest interactions.
• Familiarity with using computer software to perform tasks and maintain records.
• Minimum six months of related experience and/or training.
• Experience in a high-rise property setting is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents, maintaining high-quality customer service.
• Monitor and control entrance/exit to safeguard premises and follow check-in procedures.
• Coordinate with office staff to update unit owner information in the database.
• Answer phones professionally and maintain clear, courteous communication.
• Report violations of rules and any safety or security issues to management.
• Maintain key control and respond to emergencies in coordination with managers.
