Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a detail-oriented professional to supervise the receiving area and freight elevator, ensuring safety, orderliness and compliance with Association policies. You will verify licenses, insurances, and permits for service providers, enforce parking rules, and maintain clear communication with residents.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to document and report issues accurately, and the stamina to work Monday through Friday

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving area and freight elevator to ensure safety and order.
• Verify licenses, insurances, and permits of service providers.
• Monitor parking regulations and association rules.
• Register deliveries and packages (FedEx, UPS, DHL, mail).
• Prepare reports and logs; complete required paperwork.
• Issue parking passes and ID passes to contractors.
• Maintain area, safety and cleanliness; secure area when unattended.
• Coordinate with residents for moving in/out using freight elevator.
