MidPen Housing seeks a Services Coordinator II for Vineyard Crossings in American Canyon, CA. The role delivers onsite programs, coordinates partnerships, and supports residents with education, health, and empowerment services.

You will lead outreach efforts, manage program data, and collaborate with property management to ensure high-quality resident services in a family-focused community. Bilingual skills and strong customer service are a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Social Work, Sociology, Gerontology, or related field with 1 year in community development or related area
• Experience in coordinating programs and services for diverse populations
• Ability to collaborate with local service providers and track program outcomes

Mansioni

• Delivers onsite programs and ensures implementation to meet internal standards and regulatory expectations
• Conducts outreach via door-to-door, phone, and email to raise awareness of services
