Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Social Work, Sociology, Gerontology, or related field with 1 year in community development or related area
• Experience in coordinating programs and services for diverse populations
• Ability to collaborate with local service providers and track program outcomes

Responsibilities

• Delivers onsite programs and ensures implementation to meet internal standards and regulatory expectations
• Conducts outreach via door-to-door, phone, and email to raise awareness of services
