Job summary

MidPen Housing Corp. seeks a Services Coordinator II to deliver educational, health and wellness, and asset-building programs for residents at MidPen properties. You will lead programs such as after-school, summer, ESL, health workshops, and more, while coordinating with partners to expand services.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, coordination across departments, and data-driven tracking to improve resident outcomes and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in education, social work, sociology, gerontology, or related field
• At least 1 year in community development or related field
• Experience coordinating programs and partnering with local providers

Responsibilities

• Delivers onsite programs at locations meeting internal standards and regulatory expectations
• Conducts outreach (door-to-door, phone, email) to inform residents about services
• Engages property-level partners to support partnership goals
• Provides individualized resident support and enrollment assistance for specialized programs
• Maintains property-level records and tracks service activities regularly
• Models leadership, collaborates with Property Management, and supports team objectives

Education

B.A. or B.S. in Education, Social Work, Sociology, Gerontology, or related field

1 year of experience in community development or related field

Experience coordinating programs and collaborating with local service providers
