Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 3+ years of professional work experience in a social or human services-based role.
• Proficiency in MS Suite applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage employment and contracting opportunities for public housing residents.
• Support resident-owned businesses by providing guidance and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor program compliance, maintain documentation, and prepare required HUD reports.
• Build and maintain partnerships with businesses, contractors, and community organizations.
• Communicate program updates, policy changes, and progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Track program outcomes, resolve issues as needed, and identify opportunities for improvement.
