Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to supervise and support direct care staff.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• HIPAA compliance awareness appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Residential Specialists and medication management oversight.
• Attend consumer medical appointments and coordinate with nursing and other departments.
• Ensure site compliance with regulatory standards and complete weekly oversights.
• Review EMR documentation daily and maintain quality records.
• Provide staff coaching, performance feedback, and trainings.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support homes as needed.
