Job summary

Beacon Communities LLC is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator in Boston, MA to support residents through coordinated services and partnerships. You will work with property management to connect residents with resources, plan community programs, and assist individuals and families in achieving housing stability.

The role focuses on collaboration, data tracking, and program budgeting to meet resident needs. A Bachelor’s in social work or related field, plus 3–5 years’ experience, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years’ equivalent experience in housing/social services.
• Experience with older adults, isolation, health and wellness.
• Ability to engage diverse residents and partners respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate resident referrals and resources.
• Build relationships with residents to understand goals and connect to resources.
• Create partnerships with local organizations for community engagement.
• Support residents at multifamily and senior properties to promote housing stability.
• Lead coordination of resident support on housing stabilization issues.
